Real Party - Dorothy The Dinosaur

Good morning, I hope you are all well on this snowy Wednesday.  Today I have a fabulous real party to share with you from our friends in a warmer part of the world, Inspired Occasion in Australia. Their client wanted a beautifully decorated and detailed dessert station however the birthday girl loves Dorothy the Dinosaur, so they did a twist on the usual Garden Tea Party and added a Dorothy the Dinosaur cake complete with a Rosy Tea drink station.

With a colour palate of sage green, yellow and splashes of green and blue. The desert and drinks station was set with crisp white table clothes and yellow runners. The dessert station was lavished with delicious themed treats including; decorative cupcakes, cake pops, decorative melting moments and macarons along with a vast range of decorative jars filled with coordinated candy.

Again the drink dispensers and drinking bottles with vintage straws proved to be a popular novelty with the children and ensured that their fluid levels where adequate on the 34 degree day. Oh how I want some warm  sunshine as I look out at my snow filled garden!

The client supplied other sweet treats for the guests including ticktock biscuit tea cups, jelly slice, honey joys and chocolate coconut ball, which gave the guests both young and young at heart a great selection.

Each of the guests took home a themed and decorated milk carton filled with assorted candy.
